Fünf ‘n’ Twist is a narrative video dance that chronicles the emotional turbulence of a teenage couple at the prom. Using dance, ritualized movement, evocative sounds and imagery, this classically American rite of passage is a metaphor for the adolescence of the country itself as it lurches clumsily towards a cultural adulthood.
